 쿤겐신이 속해 있는 공격대 'Ensidia' 에서 울드아르 10인업적을 완료했다.

Not huge news, however 8 people from my 10 man group completed the Glory of the Ulduar Raider meta achievement today. 
A lot more would have gotten it, but the Disarmed (Kologarn) Achievement bugged for Mackzter's group so they couldn't complete it this week.

Overall, 10 man achievements in Ulduar and the bosses in general are significantly easier than 25 man.
In a way this is good because you should in theory only need 10 man gear to complete it.
The problem is, I think, that the gap is a little bit too large.
That being said, 10 man Ulduar is a lot of fun and is well designed

Anyway, I have no idea if this is some kind of World First.
Since it's 10 man it's not a big deal, but it's another step down the road of finishing Ulduar and hence newsworthy!
